But make no mistake, origami is not simply a collection of parlor tricks. One of Pierce’s inspirations is Michael G. LaFosse, a man considered an international origami master. His works have been displayed in the Louvre in Paris, and can be seen at the Origamido Studio in Haverhill, Mass.
