Rice says, “While all the nurses on the floor would love to spend time hugging and cuddling the babies, their schedules just won’t allow it. Nelda makes it a priority. She rocks the babies. Hugs the babies and loves them all dearly. She even puts them in a stroller and walks them around the floor as she does her rounds.
