Robert C. "Bob" Savage was a key player in The University of Toledo's ability to meet the Kresge Challenge Grant that supported constructing and equipping the Savage Associates Complex for Business Learning and Engagement. The University was awarded the Kresge grant of $900,000 in late 2008.

YIPEE PROGRAM
The new class consists of 55 students. They meet every other Sunday with Leadership Toledo staff member Cory Dippold with the overall goal of self-designing a service project and raising funds for it. They decide on what group will receive their donation based on presentations given by civic and non-profit organizations from Toledo neighborhoods.

Then illness struck and she was diagnosed with less than six months to live. He quit work more than four years ago to care for her.

Throughout the nation, youth are volunteering in large numbers, making their presence felt in their communities. In Northwest Ohio, the Toledo ZOOTeens are proud to be a part of this youth service movement. The Toledo ZOOTeen Program is a service and leadership program for teenagers ages 13 to 17.
